What We're Looking For:Required:
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
If your RN nursing license has been inactive, retired or lapsed for five years or more and you have not been licensed in another state during the last five years, successful completion of a Board approved refresher course is required prior to reactivating or reinstating your license. In order to be considered for current licensure status, you must apply for reinstatement within one year of completing the refresher course.
One year of acute nursing experience required.
Current RN licensure in appropriate state
Basic Life Support (BLS) through American Red Cross or American Heart Association
Preferred:
4 Year / Bachelors Degree
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to adult medical-surgical patients with a variety of diagnoses and needs.
- Assess patients, develop individualized care plans and monitor changes in condition.
- Administer medications and treatments while ensuring safe, high-quality patient care.
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care.
- Educate patients and families while supporting a safe and positive hospital experience.
