Registered Nurse - Full Time - Nights

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care based on biological, physical, behavioral, social, and nursing sciences.

Key responsibilities include:

• conducting holistic assessments
• diagnosing patient needs
• developing and communicating individualized care plans
• implementing evidence-based interventions
• collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
• prioritizing patient safety
• providing education to patients and families
• evaluating care effectiveness

They must accurately document all nursing activities, participate in quality improvement initiatives, and demonstrate leadership by mentoring peers and contributing to professional development.

Qualifications:

• Current Ohio RN licensure
• BLS certification (ACLS within 6 months for certain units)
• the ability to provide culturally and age-appropriate care
• A BSN is required within five years if hired after January 2010
• No prior experience necessary, but ongoing professional growth and certification in specialty areas are encouraged
