Role And Responsibilities

Qualifications And Skills
- Graduated from an accredited nursing program (Associate's, Diploma, or BSN).
- Hold a current RN license valid in the state or compact licensure.
- Obtain and maintain Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; additional certifications such as ACLS, NRP, TNCC, PALS, or specialty certifications may be required based on the unit.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, walk, and perform tasks requiring reaching, bending, kneeling, twisting, and squatting.
