What You'll Do Provide direct nursing care in a secure correctional healthcare setting. Conduct nursing assessments, evaluate patient conditions, and recognize changes requiring intervention. Administer medications and treatments in accordance with established protocols. Develop, implement, and evaluate nursing care plans based on patient needs. Collaborate with healthcare providers and team members to coordinate patient care. Respond to medical concerns and emergencies with sound clinical judgment and professionalism.
