Registered Nurse for AI Training

Apply your inpatient nursing expertise to help improve AI systems through clinically grounded review of real-world documentation and care scenarios. This remote contract role focuses on ensuring clinical content and AI-generated outputs are accurate, safe, complete, and appropriate. Prior AI experience is not required.

• Annotate and review inpatient clinical content, including nursing notes, progress notes, care plans, orders, laboratory results, and discharge summaries.
• Assess documentation for accuracy, clinical soundness, and completeness.
• Evaluate AI-generated clinical outputs for accuracy, safety, and appropriateness across varied inpatient populations and care situations.
• Use bedside nursing judgment and knowledge of inpatient workflows, standards of care, and documentation practices to validate and improve datasets.
• Collaborate with project stakeholders in writing and verbally to clarify requirements and resolve documentation ambiguities.
• Provide detailed feedback on guidelines and edge cases to strengthen project workflows and model understanding.

• Based in the United States and eligible to practice as a Registered Nurse in the United States.
• Recent inpatient bedside RN experience.
• Broad clinical experience and comfort reviewing documentation across multiple inpatient populations, rather than only a narrow specialty.
• Experience in an academic medical center or large health system, such as a teaching hospital, with exposure to complex patients, workflows, and documentation practices.
• Prior annotation experience with positive performance reviews is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, clinical documentation review ability, attention to detail, and sound nursing judgment.

• Remote contract engagement for candidates located in the United States.

• $60 to $70 USD per hour.
