Registered Nurse - Float Pool - Med-Surg

Seeking a Float Pool Registered Nurse (RN) to provide Med-Surg care across multiple medical centers.

As part of the Local Resource Team , you'll support various clinical settings, especially during staffing needs, gaining diverse experience.

Key Responsibilities Include

• Providing high-quality patient care and support across different departments.
• Supporting staffing flexibility and coverage at multiple locations.
• Adhering to licensure, certification, and departmental training requirements.
• Interpreting patient needs and modifying care according to age-specific requirements.

Qualifications And Skills

• Associate Degree (required); Bachelor's Degree or BSN (preferred).
• Minimum of 2 years experience in Med-Surg, Tele, Critical Care, ED, or Women's health.
• Current compact license in appropriate state.
• Knowledge of customer service, communication, conflict resolution, critical thinking, and computer literacy.
• Completion of cardiac dysrhythmia training and NIH Stroke Scale certification.
• Preferred: Specialty certification within two years of hire.
