Ascension is seeking a Registered Nurse for our Float Pool ICU team. In this role, you will provide high-acuity, evidence-based nursing care to critically ill patients across multiple ICU units, adapting quickly to diverse patient populations and clinical settings.
Responsibilities include comprehensive assessments, implementing and evaluating care plans, administering medications, managing complex equipment (such as ventilators and drips), and collaborating closely with physicians and interdisciplinary teams. You will mentor peers, support patients and families through education and advocacy, and uphold Ascension’s mission of compassionate, inclusive, and patient-centered care.
