Mercy seeks a compassionate RN/GN for our Progressive Care Unit at Mercy Jefferson, full-time nights. In this role, you’ll deliver evidence-based care to moderately to critically ill patients, perform thorough assessments, manage telemetry monitoring, administer IV medications, and coordinate complex care plans. You’ll collaborate closely with physicians, respiratory therapists, and ancillary staff to optimize patient outcomes, while providing education and emotional support to patients and families.
