In this fast-paced ER setting, you will triage and assess patients, initiate evidence-based nursing interventions, administer medications, and coordinate care with emergency physicians and multidisciplinary teams. You will monitor critical patients, operate advanced ER equipment, and ensure accurate documentation in the EHR.
