Registered Nurse Emergency Room

n Job Summary:n
n Provide high-quality emergency care to patients in a fast-paced hospital environment during night shifts. Deliver compassionate, efficient nursing services while adhering to safety and clinical standards.n

n Responsibilities:n

• n Assess and prioritize patient conditions upon arrival, ensuring timely intervention.n
• n Administer medications, treatments, and interventions according to physician orders and established protocols.n
• n Monitor patient vital signs, recognize abnormal findings, and respond swiftly to emergencies.n
• n Document patient care accurately and maintain comprehensive records.n
• n Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.n
• n Comply with all certifications, licensing, and facility policies, including holiday shifts and assessments.n

n Qualifications:n

• n Hold a valid Ohio or compact state RN license in hand at the time of submission.n
• n Possess a minimum of 18 months of recent ER experience, including travel assignments acceptable.n
• n Maintain active BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications; TNCC preferred.n
• n Demonstrate proficiency in ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate assessments.n
• n Successfully complete required background checks, drug screens, and assessments.n
• n Ability to work at least every other holiday and adapt to variable shift hours.n
