Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Overnight Digital Triage Registered Nurse will provide clinical support for patient communications, conduct phone assessments of clinical symptoms, and collaborate with care teams to ensure high-quality patient care from Sunday through Thursday, 11:00pm to 7:30am ET. Key responsibilities Triage and provide clinical support for incoming patient communications Conduct phone assessments of clinical symptoms to determine the best path of care Assist in the development of processes and systems for urgent care and virtual triage Required qualifications Licensed RN with 2+ years of experience in clinical triage, preferably in an ER or primary care setting Active Nurse License Compact (NLC) and RN licenses in NY, NV, MI, MN, OR, CA, MA, CT, or IL are a plus Excellent knowledge of chronic disease states and complex medical conditions Experience in high acuity clinical environments (e.g., ED, ICU) is a plus Skilled in providing culturally appropriate education to patients and their families
