Key responsibilities Provide clinical oversight and support through digital communication with members Triage and escalate member communications and clinical program alerts within 24 business hours Collaborate with the care team, including care coordinators, dietitians, and physicians, to ensure comprehensive patient care Required qualifications Active RN license in good standing, preferably a compact license Availability for at least 20 hours per week, Monday-Friday, between 8 AM and 8 PM Strong experience with electronic health record documentation and in-app communication tools Ability to adapt communication techniques to serve a diverse population effectively Must have a home office setup for private conversations and high-speed internet access
