Responsibilities
- Patient Care: Provide safe, comfortable, high-quality dialysis treatment, including physical assessments, monitoring patients during treatment, and documenting care activities.
- Medication Administration: Review patient medication profiles monthly and administer medications as per physician orders.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient assessment and care planning, while maintaining staffing requirements under supervision.
- Safety & Compliance: Follow all company policies, procedures, and regulations, ensuring adherence to safety standards and participating in staff meetings and continuing education.
Qualifications & Skills:
Registered Nurse (RN) licensure, ability to work collaboratively, attention to detail in patient assessments, medication administration, and adherence to safety regulations.
