A Registered Nurse (RN) will be a vital member of a healthcare team, providing high-quality dialysis care to patients with kidney disease under supervision.
Key Responsibilities
- Patient Care: Deliver safe, comfortable dialysis treatments, perform physical assessments, monitor patients during procedures, review medication profiles monthly, and administer medications as prescribed.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, ensure proper staffing levels, and support care planning activities.
- Safety & Quality: Follow all policies, procedures, and regulations, participate in staff meetings and continuing education, and uphold safety standards.
Qualifications & Skills
- Current nursing license in the applicable state.
- Ability to distinguish all primary colors.
- Preferred: One or more years of nursing experience, especially in dialysis.
