In this high-acuity role, you will manage post‑operative cardiac surgery and cardiac intervention patients, performing advanced hemodynamic monitoring, ventilator and vasoactive drip management, and rapid response to clinical changes. You’ll collaborate closely with cardiologists, surgeons, and an interdisciplinary team to optimize outcomes, educate families, and uphold the highest standards of safety and evidence-based practice in our cardiovascular ICU.
