Signature HealthCARE seeks a compassionate Registered Nurse to deliver resident-centered care in our long-term and post-acute facility. The RN will provide assessments, medication administration, and clinical interventions while coordinating interdisciplinary care plans that support dignity, recovery, and quality of life.
Responsibilities include monitoring resident conditions, documenting in the EMR, supervising CNAs, and educating residents and families. The RN will collaborate with the care team in a faith-based, mission-driven environment focused on safety, compliance, and continuous improvement while mentoring staff and supporting a culture of teamwork and respect.
