Responsibilities Include
- Assessing, planning, implementing, evaluating, and documenting patient care in line with HHS standards to ensure high-quality, efficient treatment.
- Providing age-appropriate care by demonstrating knowledge of growth, development, and patient needs across the lifespan.
- Developing and modifying individualized care plans to meet patient requirements while adhering to policies and regulations, including the Oklahoma Nursing Practice Act.
Qualifications
- Completion of a state-approved RN program and valid Oklahoma RN license.
- BLS certification within 14 days of hire.
- ACLS and NIHSS certification are required.
