Registered Nurse – Critical Care (ICU) – Full-Time – Night Shift

Role Overview:

The position involves providing high-quality patient care across multiple facilities as part of a support team, supporting diverse units and teams.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver compassionate, skilled patient care under RN supervision, including assessments and procedures.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care and communicate changes in patient conditions.
• Educate patients and families on self-care and safety practices.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation and participate in team communication.
• Engage in ongoing training, professional development, and contribute to team projects.

Qualifications & Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent; current LPN license in the relevant state.
• Minimum of 3+ years recent medical-surgical or acute care nursing experience.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
• Strong clinical assessment skills, organization, communication, quick thinking, and patient-focused approach.
