Nightingale's List is seeking a travel nurse Correctional for a travel nursing job in Appleton, Minnesota.

Registered Nurse needed for a 13-week travel contract at a correctional facility in Appleton, MN.
/n
/n
Multiple openings, days and nights available, 12-hour shifts on a 36/48 rotation. W-2 employment with a weekly tax-free housing and meals stipend for candidates who qualify.
/n
/n
Weekly package: $37.00/hr base plus $1,246/week stipend, about $2,578/week on a 36-hour week. Overtime paid after 40 hours on 48-hour rotation weeks.
/n
Duties include assessments, medication administration, sick call, emergency response, and documentation for an incarcerated population.

Requirements:
/n
/n
- Active Minnesota RN license (Minnesota is not a compact state; a multistate license from another state does not qualify).
/n
- Nurses licensed in ND, SD, IA, or WI may be eligible through Minnesota's Border State Registry. Ask us about the process if you are not yet MN-licensed.
/n
- Current BLS
/n
- US citizenship (required for federal facility clearance)
/n
- Ability to pass a federal background check, credit check, and fingerprinting
/n
- Correctional, ER, inpatient, or mental health experience preferred
/n
/n
Clearance takes roughly 2 to 3 weeks after offer. Candidates who respond quickly at each step start fastest.
/n
/n
Active Minnesota RN license required before start. Stipend eligibility requires a permanent tax home more than 70 miles from the facility. Federal facility clearance (2 to 3 weeks) follows offer acceptance. Extensions are common. A recruiter will contact you within 24 hours of applying.
