Registered Nurse Consultant

To support a growing clinical operations team, the full-time Nurse Consultant II will provide professional nursing care remotely, focusing on member assessment, planning, evaluation, and evidence-based practice to enhance member experiences and ensure cost-effective services across the healthcare continuum. Key responsibilities: Evaluates member health metrics to develop and sustain targeted Utilization Management and Care Management initiatives Assesses member needs and determines necessary interventions for care management Collaborates with internal and external partners to address escalated member and provider needs effectively Required qualifications: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) with 4-6 years of relevant experience Active RN license in good standing, eligible for licensure in all US states and territories Ability to analyze complex information and provide actionable insights Strong communication skills, including proficiency in modern communication technologies Experience in case management or utilization management is preferred
