In this role, you will provide high-acuity, evidence-based care to critically ill patients, performing comprehensive assessments, managing drips and ventilators, and responding rapidly to changes in condition. You’ll collaborate closely with physicians and the interdisciplinary team, educate patients and families, and document care accurately in the EHR.
