Providing frontline leadership for a team of telephonic Registered Nurses, the fully remote Clinical Operations Supervisor will oversee day-to-day clinical operations, support nurse performance, ensure workflow adherence, and enhance the patient and caregiver experience in the Specialty Pharmacy Initial Clinical Engagement Program. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily performance and workflow execution for telephonic Registered Nurses supporting the Specialty Pharmacy program Monitor individual and team performance, conducting regular coaching sessions to improve productivity and quality Reinforce adherence to clinical workflows, documentation standards, and compliance requirements while ensuring a high-quality patient experience Required Qualifications Active, unrestricted U.S. Registered Nurse license in good standing Minimum three years of clinical experience as a Registered Nurse preferred At least one year of leadership or supervisory experience preferred Experience in specialty pharmacy, telephonic nursing, or healthcare contact center operations preferred Strong understanding of telephonic clinical workflows and compliance requirements
