In this role, you will coordinate and deliver high-quality patient care for clinically complex adults transitioning from ICU-level care. Lead and mentor nursing staff, support evidence-based practice, and ensure adherence to clinical protocols and safety standards.
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to develop care plans, monitor patient progress, and respond to changes in condition.
