To support a dynamic client-focused team, the full-time Registered Nurse Clinical Administrator will perform advisory activities for a Specialized Services Physician, assisting with medical opinion letters and liaising with clients regarding potential new conditions remotely. Key responsibilities Liaise with Clinical Operations and Home Care clients about new conditions for white card eligibility Write clinical summaries and educate clients on benefits of adding new covered conditions Document interactions and follow up with claimants throughout the DOL authorization process Required qualifications Registered Nurse license Knowledge of the EEOICPA program and related operating practices Experience with letter writing on behalf of claimants in the EEOICPA Program Strong computer skills and proficiency in Salesforce Ability to work independently with strong organizational and time management skills
