We are seeking an experienced Operating Room Nurse to join our team.
As a RN Clinical Perioperative Nurse , you will be an integral part of an interdisciplinary team providing high-quality, safe, patient-centered care. Your responsibilities include performing the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation—using evidence-based practices. You will coordinate care, partner with patients and families, and ensure adherence to clinical standards and organizational policies.
Key duties also involve promoting teamwork, collaboration, and performance improvement, serving as a preceptor or mentor, and supporting research and evidence-based initiatives. You will contribute to developing protocols, ensuring resource efficiency, and maintaining compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Qualifications include a minimum of 5 years of direct patient care nursing experience , RN licensure (single or multi-state) , and certifications in BLS, ACLS, and PALS . A nursing degree—Associate, Diploma, or Bachelor’s is required.
