Signature HealthCARE is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to deliver resident-centered care in our long-term and post-acute facility. The RN will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care, administer medications and treatments, and coordinate with an interdisciplinary team to support optimal resident outcomes. This role promotes dignity, safety, and comfort while engaging residents and families in care decisions.
RNs also mentor nursing staff, document accurately, and uphold regulatory and quality standards in a mission-driven, faith-based environment focused on teamwork and continuous improvement.
