🔹 What You'll Do

• Evaluate donor eligibility through medical history reviews, physical examinations, and required testing.
• Monitor donors and manage adverse reactions according to established procedures.
• Respond to medical emergencies and coordinate appropriate care when needed.
• Review laboratory results and communicate concerns to appropriate medical personnel.
• Support employee health and safety initiatives.
• Follow established medical procedures, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements.

🔹 What We're Looking For

• Completion of a recognized nursing education program and high school diploma or equivalent.
• Current Iowa RN license.
• Current CPR and AED certification.
• Ability to meet applicable state requirements for basic IV therapy.
• At least 2 years of clinical or hospital experience.
• Strong assessment skills and a commitment to quality care, safety, and customer service.
