Utilizing the nursing process to deliver patient care, you will be responsible for maintaining professional accountability, evaluating care effectiveness, and coordinating with other departments. Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in the Cardiac Cath Lab setting
- Assess and evaluate patient needs and care plans
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care
- Maintain patient confidentiality and uphold rights
- Participate in emergency responses, including STEMI and on‑call duties
Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Current RN license valid in the relevant state or compact licensure
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; ACLS certification or completion required for Cath Lab role
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform prolonged standing, walking, and physical tasks
Experience & Preferences
Critical care, ICU, ED, or Cath Lab experience preferred, with consideration given to strong acute care backgrounds and willingness to train.
