Registered Nurse - Cath Lab/Interventional - Days

Role Overview:

Provides leadership and coordination of nursing staff in a healthcare setting, ensuring delivery of high-quality patient care and clinical objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Assigns, directs, educates, and monitors nursing/support staff during shifts; participates in performance evaluations.
• Assesses patient care needs, develops care assignments, and collaborates with advanced practice providers to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Evaluates patient care effectiveness, addresses concerns, and responds to complaints through established channels.
• Contributes to staffing decisions, training, and staff development; maintains safety and performs additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate of accredited nursing program or equivalent licensing.
• At least one year of registered nurse experience.
• Strong communication, assessment, and leadership skills.

Licenses & Certifications:

Valid RN license in respective state, BLS certification, and either ALS or PALS certification as per state requirements.

Physical & Other Requirements:

Ability to stand, walk, lift, and perform physical tasks; proficient in communication, vision, hearing, and motor skills.
