Job Summary for Cath Lab RN - CATH LAB
- Position: Cath Lab Registered Nurse (RN)
- Location: SMMC CATH LAB
- Start Date: ASAP
- Shift: 4x10-hour shifts, 07:00-17:30
- On-Call Requirement: Required; 17:30-07:00 on weeknights and weekends (Fri 17:30-Mon 07:00)
- Experience Required:
- Minimum 2 years of RN experience
- At least 1 year of Cath Lab experience (required)
- No first-time travelers accepted; will consider with 5+ years of experience
- Certifications Required: ACLS, BLS
- Clinical Skills Required:
- Diagnostic cardiac cath lab experience
- Cardiac stent placement
- Circulating procedures
- Right and left heart catheterization
- Other Details:
- No scheduling accommodations for outside employment
- Weekend shifts may exceed every other weekend based on unit needs
- Local candidates within a 50-mile radius accepted (local rate applies)
- Requested time off (RTO) must be included with submission
- Facility Highlights:
- Acute care hospital, 212 staffed beds
- EPIC charting system
- Free parking
- RN scrub color: Navy blue (L&D/OR provided)
