Signature HealthCARE seeks a compassionate Registered Nurse to deliver resident-centered care in our long-term and post-acute facilities. The RN will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans; administer medications and treatments; coordinate with an interdisciplinary team; and educate residents and families. This role supports a faith-based, mission-driven culture focused on dignity, quality, and continuous improvement.
RNs will mentor CNAs, ensure regulatory compliance, maintain accurate documentation, and contribute to a safe, collaborative, and inclusive environment that promotes healing and resident well-being.
