Registered Nurse - Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (Full-Time). Registered Nurse candidates for the Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit will have the following job responsibilities:
- We are seeking a dynamic CV ICU RN to join our team.
- You would be part of a phenomenal team that works hard to support each other while providing excellent care to our patients in a collaborative manner.
- You will care for our sickest patients, which may include patients on ventilators and various drips.
- Serve as the patient and family advocate, protecting privacy and confidentiality.
- Instruct patients and families regarding medications and treatment instructions.
- Provide high focus care with a commitment to continuous improvement.
Job Qualifications
Registered Nurse candidates for the Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit must meet the following minimum job qualifications:
- 1 year of recent (within the last 2-3 years) Acute Care ICU RN experience (would consider 2+ years of PCU RN experience).
- Florida RN license and/or approved multistate RN license required. Compact license holders have 60 days to obtain the Florida license after relocation.
- Associate Degree, BSN preferred.
- BLS within 30 days of hire/transfer.
- ACLS within 90 days of hire/transfer.
