Supporting a virtual cardiology team, the full-time remote Registered Nurse - Cardiology will coordinate patient care, provide education on diagnoses and treatment plans, and ensure timely support throughout the care journey. Key responsibilities Provide education and counseling to patients about their diagnoses, test results, and treatment plans Collaborate with cardiologists and primary care providers to ensure comprehensive and coordinated patient care Maintain accurate patient records and conduct follow-up virtual visits to monitor progress and address concerns Required qualifications Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license (Compact) At least 3+ years of experience in cardiology; telemedicine experience is a plus Proficiency in using telehealth platforms and electronic health records Ability to work independently and make clinical decisions under supervision Commitment to patient-centered care and empathy for patients with chronic cardiology conditions
