We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for our Cardiac Telemetry unit to provide comprehensive patient care using the nursing process.
Responsibilities include : monitoring cardiac rhythms, administering medications, collaborating with care teams, educating patients and families, and maintaining accurate documentation.
Qualifications : active RN license, BLS and ACLS certifications (within 30 days), ability to lift up to 50 pounds, with preferred experience in telemetry, cardiac, critical care, or medical-surgical nursing.
Key duties : delivering direct care to cardiac and telemetry patients, responding to changes in patient conditions, and supporting a 35-bed unit with a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:4.
