The Registered Nurse (RN) in the Cardiac Telemetry Unit provides comprehensive nursing care for patients in an acute care environment, focusing on coordinated, safe, and compassionate care tailored to individual needs.

What You’ll Do
- Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patients’ care.
- Develop and coordinate patients’ plan of care to optimize outcomes.
- Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition as appropriate.
- Advocate for ethical and holistic care in partnership with patients.
- Foster a learning environment for patients, families, and healthcare team members.
- Ensure safety and quality by integrating evidence and best practices into care.
- Engage in ongoing professional development and practice at the top of license.
- Demonstrate leadership and collaborate with inter‑professional care teams.
Requirements
- Education: BSN in Nursing preferred
- Experience: At least one year of experience as a registered nurse, or less if transitioned from the NLRN Program
- Licenses & Certifications: Current RN License in Pennsylvania; BLS certification required; ACLS is unit dependent
