Signature HealthCARE is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to deliver person-centered care in our long-term and post-acute facility. The RN will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care, administer medications and treatments, coordinate with an interdisciplinary team, and educate residents and families. This role supports a resident-centered, faith-based culture that values dignity, teamwork, and servant leadership.
RNs participate in quality improvement, accurate documentation, and compliance with clinical standards while mentoring CNAs and contributing to a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment.
