Locations:

• RBC Fleet Office – 7210 Windsor Blvd. Baltimore, MD 21244

Terms of Employment:

• W2 Contract, 12 Months

• This role is Hybrid reporting to Spring Gardens office (primary location) & RBC office.

• Work schedule: 07:00 AM-03:30 PM

Overview:

Our client is seeking a Health Care Professional Case Manager to deliver comprehensive case management and occupational health support across multiple designated locations. The primary scope of this role encompasses evaluating work-related injury, illness, or exposure reporting, conducting clinical assessments, and delivering high-quality customer care. The candidate will maintain a standard full-time schedule while participating in a periodic 24-hour on-call rotation to ensure timely and effective medical response and guidance.

Responsibilities:

• Assess, manage, and coordinate care for work-related injuries, illnesses, and exposure incidents.

• Maintain a hybrid schedule, reporting to the Spring Gardens office as the primary location and traveling to the RBC Fleet office on Thursdays or as needed.

• Participate in a weekly 24-hour on-call rotation schedule every 4 weeks to address urgent work-related health matters.

• Provide exceptional customer service and clinical support to patients and internal team members.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team consisting of a Nurse Manager, Nurse Practitioner, and Staff Nurse Case Managers.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Registered Nurse Degree.

• Professional experience in critical care, occupational health, or case management.

• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools including Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.

• Strong customer service, critical clinical assessment, and adaptability skills.

• Willingness to commute between office locations situated approximately 25 minutes apart.

Preferred Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Master of Science Degree.
