REGISTERED NURSE

Encompass Health seeks a Night Shift Registered Nurse to deliver specialized inpatient rehabilitation care within our Healthcare & Medical Services department. In this role, you will assess patients, administer medications and treatments, and coordinate care plans that support safe, patient-centered recovery. Working closely with an interdisciplinary team, you will document care in the EHR, educate patients and families, and promote safety and functional independence.
