HealthONE seeks an experienced RN ECMO Primer to deliver expert care to critically ill patients requiring extracorporeal life support. In this on-site role, you will manage ECMO circuits, monitor hemodynamics, respond to emergencies, and collaborate closely with intensivists, perfusionists, and multidisciplinary teams. You’ll apply evidence-based protocols, educate families, and support quality and safety initiatives.
