Starr Regional Medical Center in Athens, TN is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to provide high-quality, patient-centered care across our Healthcare & Medical Services department. The RN will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for diverse patient populations, collaborating closely with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, and families.
Responsibilities include administering medications and treatments, monitoring patient status, documenting in the EMR, and educating patients on care plans. RNs participate in quality and safety initiatives and ongoing professional development, contributing to a supportive, team-focused culture and continuously improving patient outcomes.
