We’re seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to support an adult living community serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Job Details:
- Shift Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, 40 hrs Per Week, & One Weekend On Call A Month
- Location: Arlington Heights, IL
- Setting: Clinic
- Pay Rate: $80k - $90k Annually (exact rate will depend on experience)
- Patient Population: Adult Only
- Bonus: All Work-Related Transportation Is Reimbursed
Responsibilities:
- Provide nursing services and support to adult residents
- Monitor health needs and coordinate care
- Provide medication administration training to staff in accordance with DHS guidelines
- Support staff with residents’ healthcare needs
- Maintain accurate nursing documentation (Updated Patient Charts & More)
Requirements:
- Active Illinois RN license
- Must have 2 years at a minimum of bedside nursing experience
- Must demonstrate a compassionate, patient-focused approach
- Need to have excellent communication and clinical judgment
- Preferred that the provider have previous experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities
