Managing a portfolio of clients remotely, the full-time Registered Nurse Advisor will educate, advocate, and coordinate care for clients navigating the healthcare system, ensuring they receive high-quality care and support. Key responsibilities: Build trusted relationships with clients and guide them through their healthcare journey Coordinate care by accessing appropriate providers and services, while simplifying the care process Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to ensure smooth transitions and consistent communication Required qualifications: Active Registered Nurse license in the state of residence with a minimum of five years of healthcare experience Experience in case management, care coordination, or patient navigation Ability to work Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Pacific or Mountain Time Experience working remotely Strong clinical judgment and empathetic approach when supporting clients and families
