Inpatient RN responsible for assessing, planning, delivering, and evaluating patient care to promote safety, satisfaction, and optimal health outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Address physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs of patients and families.
- Provide direct care, including treatments, medications, and diagnostic procedures.

Qualifications & Skills
Graduate from Specialty Training Program-Nursing, with knowledge of nursing standards and policies. Strong communication, problem‑solving, and teamwork skills are essential.
