Registered Nurse – Advanced Acute Care Surgery

Role Overview:

This is a full-time inpatient registered nurse position offering up to a $24,000 hiring incentive, with competitive pay rates, shift differentials, and relocation assistance for eligible candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, coordinate, and evaluate nursing care to meet patient needs, promoting safety, patient satisfaction, and family engagement.
• Perform comprehensive assessments and develop individualized care plans, including patient and family education and discharge planning.
• Provide direct patient care through treatments, medications, and diagnostic procedures following policies and procedures.
• Evaluate intervention effectiveness and adjust care plans accordingly.
• Collaborate proactively with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to address patient needs.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and participate in evidence-based practice decision-making.
• Support quality and safety initiatives and contribute to a positive team environment.

Qualifications & Skills:

Graduate from a Specialty Training Program in Nursing; compassionate care, strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills are essential.
