Registered Nurse – Acute Care Units

Role:

Experienced Advanced Acute Care Inpatient RN responsible for assessing, planning, and delivering comprehensive nursing care in a clinical setting.

Responsibilities:

• Perform assessments, develop and coordinate individualized care plans, and provide treatments, medications, and diagnostic studies.
• Address physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs of patients and families.
• Evaluate intervention effectiveness and adjust care plans accordingly.
• Collaborate proactively with physicians, ancillary staff, and interdisciplinary teams to meet patient needs.
• Participate in unit-based decision-making, evidence-based practices, and quality and safety initiatives.
• Ensure exceptional patient and family experiences through compassionate, safe, and comprehensive care.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum of 1+ years of inpatient RN experience.
• Graduate from a Specialty Training Program in Nursing.
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate within multidisciplinary teams and participate in quality improvement activities.

Additional Information:

Work involves clinical environment duties with adherence to organizational policies. Positions are available across various specialized units, with shifts that may include days, evenings, nights, or rotating schedules. The role emphasizes patient-centered care, safety, and continuous improvement.
