Role: Inpatient Registered Nurse providing compassionate, high-quality care in a supportive environment. Responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing activities to meet patient and family needs, promoting safety, and enhancing patient satisfaction. Collaborates with interdisciplinary teams, prioritizes patient-centered care, and actively participates in quality and safety initiatives.

Key Duties:

  • Conducts comprehensive assessments and develops individualized care plans.
  • Delivers direct patient care, including treatments, medications, and diagnostics.
  • Evaluates intervention effectiveness and adjusts care plans accordingly.
  • Coordinates with physicians and team members to address patient needs.
  • Ensures a positive patient and family experience through effective communication.
  • Participates in unit decision-making and safety programs.

Qualifications & Skills: Graduate of a nursing specialty training program, with the ability to provide holistic care addressing physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs. Strong communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills are essential.
