Registered Nurse – Acute Care – Cardiac Telemetry – Full Time Days

Role: Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Cardiac Telemetry MedSurg, providing high-quality, patient-centered care in a clinical environment supported by evidence-based practices and shared governance.

Responsibilities: Perform comprehensive assessments, develop individualized care plans, and implement evidence-based interventions to ensure safe patient outcomes. Foster relationship-based care by partnering with patients and families, respecting cultural diversity. Coordinate interdisciplinary communication, ensure timely documentation, and support performance improvement initiatives. Serve as a preceptor or mentor to promote professional growth and a healthy work environment. Advocate for evidence-based practice, participate in research activities, and uphold organizational policies and safety standards.

Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years RN experience, with preferred direct patient care background. Must hold active RN licensure (single-state or multi-state compact) and BLS certification. Prior experience in a hospital setting is preferred.
