Encompass Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver compassionate, evidence-based care in our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. In this role, you’ll assess patients recovering from major illnesses or injuries, develop and implement individualized care plans, administer medications and treatments, and support mobility and functional recovery. You’ll collaborate daily with physicians, therapists, and case managers to drive optimal outcomes, educate patients and families, and uphold high standards of safety, quality, and documentation in a team-oriented, growth-focused environment.
