In this role, you’ll deliver comprehensive, patient-centered nursing care to adults recovering from stroke, brain and spinal cord injury, complex orthopedic conditions, and other serious illnesses. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of therapists and physicians to develop and implement individualized care plans, manage medications, monitor progress, and educate patients and families.
