Registered Line Technician (Rlt) – Applied Behavior Analysis (Aba)The registered line technician (Rlt) provides direct one-on-one behavioral intervention services to children diagnosed with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder (Asd). The Rlt implements individualized treatment plans developed by a supervising board certified behavior analyst (BCBA) and collects accurate data to support measurable client progress.Essential Job ResponsibilitiesImplement individualized ABA treatment programs under the supervision of a BCBA.Provide direct therapy in clinic, home, school, or community settings as assigned.Utilize evidence-based ABA strategies including discrete trial training (DTT), natural environment teaching (NET), task analysis, and behavior reduction procedures.Accurately collect and record session data in accordance with treatment protocols.Assist in skill acquisition programs targeting communication, social skills, adaptive behavior, play skills, and daily living skills.Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) to address maladaptive behaviors safely and consistently.Maintain client confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations.Communicate effectively with supervising BCBA and team members regarding client progress and concerns.Attend required supervision meetings and ongoing training.QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or related field preferred).Current registered behavior technician (RBT) credential (if applicable per state regulations) or ability to obtain within designated timeframe.Experience working with children with developmental disabilities preferred.Ability to pass background check and maintain required certifications.CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).Required SkillsStrong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to follow detailed treatment plans with consistency.Professionalism, reliability, and punctuality.Ability to manage challenging behaviors in a calm and structured manner.Physical ability to sit on the floor, bend, lift up to 40 lbs., and engage in active play.Services may be provided in clinic, home, school, or community settings.
